ORDER STATUS
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
There are two ways to check your order status:
LOG IN:
If you signed up for an account when ordering. All you need to do is to log in.
Click Here to Log In. You will be able to see order status, tracking, and order history.
EMAIL US:
If you did not enter a password when ordering you will not be able to log in to view your account information.
However, simply send an email to info[at]ThePerfectSign[dot]com. Include your order number and last name and we will promtly email you the current status of your order.

We do carry a lot of personalized or handcrafted items. These items are made to order and will have specific production times listed on thier description page. Please take this into account when figuring out when to expect your item(s).

Because we have many talented artists and craftsman that create some of our pieces, it is not uncommon, depending on what you order, that you will be recieving your order in seperate shipments.
