In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any item from TenPinDesigns.com, please call us at 1-877-740-7446 or send an email to info [at] TenPinDesigns.com. We will make it right with a prompt and courteous replacement, exchange, or refund (your choice).
Return/Exchange notes:
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
For non-defective products, shipping and handling will not be refunded, only the cost of the products.
Non-defective personalized items can be returned, but will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
