SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Your will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
Carriers -
FedEx is our preffered and primary carrier.
However for certian products/situations we will use UPS, the United States Postal Service, or other alternative carriers. Please note that while we reserve the right to select the best carrier for each individual shippment it will always go via the selected transit time (ground, 2nd day, overnight, etc).
Tracking information -
We will email you your tracking number once your order ships so that you know it is on its way.
How much do you charge for shipping?
You can always check your shipping rates prior to checking out. We use real time rates from FedEx for our shipping. After adding an item(s) to your cart just enter your zip coes and your will see your shipping rates and method otpions. FedEx uses your zip code, the size and the weight of your item(s) to calculate time shipping quotes and options for you order.
Will you ship outside the United States?
Yes - We ship to most countries. Just place your order on our website. Once you place an item in your cart you will then be able to see your ship rates and options.
PLEASE NOTE: International (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government for specific details. We will NOT be responsible for any additional taxes duties or customs fees charged by your local government.
Can I expedite or rush deliver my order?
Yes - We do offer FedEx overnight and 2nd day shipping options. Please note speeding up your shipping does not affect a personalized items production time, only the delivery once production is complete. Made to order and personalized items will always have their turnaround time listed right on the product page so that you always know when to expect your item(s).
